I’m Jon Davies. I had a pretty normal, blissfully untroubled life until I ended up at Boarding School when I was 11. My Dad was in the Army so it was thought my education would suffer if I was moving around a lot. I learned a lot. Here’s what I learned.

If you can’t see the sense in something and ask someone in ‘authority’  and they can’t explain it to you beyond saying ‘them’s the rules’ or ‘because I say so’ it’s bulls**t.  Use your own judgement. This can leave you at odds with authority at times. That’s something I learned (painfully) too at Boarding School.

I’m still anti authoritarian and a bit of a non conformist, but now involved in my own Web Development company with two business partners. I’m excited and incurably fascinated by the Internet. It has allowed us all to challenge the old order and turned received wisdom on its head,  and giving people a new level of self determination, should they choose to grab it. Viva La Revolucion!
